of receiving the delivery, provided they meet the return conditions, and the return costs are borne

are not subject to return, only exchange within 30 days of purchase. You can see the exchange

In what form must a product be in order to be returned?
To return a product purchased from absolute-teamsport.bg, it must meet the
following
conditions: - it must not be used; - be in good commercial condition; - in its original
packaging,
with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT –
invoice and warranty card (if one was issued). When returning the product, it must be
accompanied by
the completed return form, packed in an envelope of the respective courier company or other
strong
polyethylene packaging, on which the return documents (bill of lading, etc.) will be affixed. On
the
original packaging of the product - a box or an envelope, you must not stick any materials,
tape,
bills of lading, etc. that would violate its integrity and commercial appearance.

How do I return a product bought online from absolute-teamsport.bg through the BOX NOW service?
To return a shipment through a BOX NOW machine, click below and fill out

online form by entering your name, email address and phone number. Once the form is
completed, a
new bill of lading will be generated. Please write the new waybill number on the package or
print and stick it.
How do I return products purchased through the "Order via Viber, collect in store" service?
Products purchased through the "Order via Viber, collect in store"
service
can be returned remotely with a completed return form within 30 days from the date of
receipt of
the purchase, if the products meet the conditions for return. We will return the money to
your
bank card, if you paid with it, by postal order or to a specified bank account within 14
calendar days from the date on which the goods were received at ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT. You can
return the products purchased through the service "Order via Viber, collect in store" and in
an
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT store convenient for you. The amount for the returned products, if they
meet
the conditions for return, will be refunded to you in cash at the store's checkout or, if

prefer, in one of the following ways: - in a Gift card; - by bank transfer (it is necessary

What is the time frame in which I can return product/s?
You can return clothes, shoes and accessories bought online from
absolute-teamsport.bg free of charge within 30 days of receiving the order. Clothes, shoes and
accessories bought in a physical store are not subject to return, only exchange.
How soon will I be refunded?
If you are returning products bought online by courier, you must complete
a
return form and, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we will refund the amount
paid
for the returned products within 14 calendar days of the date on which you exercised your
right
to return the product . The date on which we received the returned goods is considered to be
the
starting date. Please fill in the necessary data accurately and legibly in the return form.
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT is not responsible for incorrect data filled in during registration, as
well
as in refund forms or delays by courier companies, which may result in an extension of the
refund period or other inconveniences for you. If you return clothes, shoes and accessories
bought online to a physical store, the amount will be refunded immediately at the checkout.
How will I be refunded?
If your online order was paid "in cash" or "by card", you can return the
item
to a physical ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT store and receive your money immediately at the store's
checkout. If your order was paid for in part or in full with a voucher, its value will be
refunded again in the form of a voucher, and you can get the rest at the checkout in the
store.
The amount can be returned to you in any ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT store. It is recommended that
customers who wish to return a product to an ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT store, a SPORT DEPOT store
or a
DISTRICT store visit during the afternoon hours of the day to receive the amount they paid
for.
Merchandise purchased from ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT can be returned to an ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT
store,
SPORT DEPOT store or online. Here are more options: Refund by bank card and bank account If
you
paid with a bank card and you wish, the refund can be made by us through a credit
transaction to
the card with which the payment was made, after you have completed a refund form. If you
paid
the courier upon receipt of the delivery, the amount can be returned to your bank account

completing a return form.
The request must contain:

- a personal bank account to which the amount paid for the goods will be refunded.
If for any reason
the card refund is unsuccessful, you will be further notified to provide a bank account in

name to which the refund will be made. If you wish, the amount can also be returned to you
by
postal order.
To return the amount by postal order, it is necessary to fill out the return form,
requiring the following data:
- the three names on the identity card;
- exact address: city,postal code, street or block.
If you wish and explicitly indicate this in the return form,
the amount for returned products can also be refunded in the form of an online shopping voucher on
our site, which we will send to the email address with which the order was made.
How will I be refunded for a returned product/s if paid for by voucher?
When you have paid for the order in full with a voucher, the amount for
the
returned product/products is refunded in the form of a voucher. When the order is partially
paid
with a voucher, depending on the number of returned items and the additional amount paid,
the
following options are possible: - If the value of the voucher equals or exceeds the value of
the
returned product/products, the amount is refunded in the form of a voucher. - If the value
of
the used voucher is less than the value of the returned product/products, the value of the
voucher is refunded, and the additional amount is refunded according to the method of
payment of
the order: • When paying for the order with a debit/credit card, the additional amount
for
the return is refunded according to the means of payment with which the payment was made. If
additional bank account details are required, they will be requested. • In case of
additional payment for the order in cash, the additional amount paid for the return can be

Can I exchange a product?
You have the right to exchange a size or an item appearing in your online
order within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, but only on site in our store,
for
an item available in that store. You can make the replacement in any of the ABSOLUTE
TEAMSPORT
stores. You can also return the product free of charge within 30 days from the date of
receipt
and place a new order on our site. You can exchange a product bought from a physical store
in
the same or another store in our chain.
What is the procedure for returning a product bought on credit?
If you want to cancel a product bought on credit through an online order,
but
you have not yet received it, you can contact us, make a request to cancel the order and
contact
the financial institution that issued the credit to you declare your refusal. They will do a
check and then notify you of the cancellation. If you have a signed credit agreement, you

the same value or higher, but if it is higher - you pay the difference. - we can refund you
the

If I bought a product that I received as a gift and I want to exchange or return the product, what should I do?
If you bought a product with which you received a gift and if you decide
to
return or exchange the product in our store for another of the same model, but in a
different
size or color, you keep the gift. If the exchange is for another product of the same or
higher
value (in this case you pay the difference extra), with which the same gift is offered, you
keep
the gift. If the exchange is for another item available in the same store at the same or
higher
value (in this case, you pay the difference extra), with which the same gift is not offered,
you
return the gift. If the gift is not returned or is compromised, you must pay its value. If
you
bought a product for which you received a gift in a physical store, and you want to return
