How will I receive the ordered products?
The products you have ordered from our online store will be delivered by courier
company SPEEDY, ECONT or EUROPE to the address or office of the courier specified by you.
How much is shipping?
The delivery of clothing, shoes and accessories - backpacks, bags and purses,
jackets, socks, hats, scarves and gloves, socks and glasses, with a total value over BGN 100 is
free. The price for the delivery of clothes, shoes and accessories with a total value of up to BGN
100 here.
How long does delivery take?
The standard delivery time to a populated place on the territory of Bulgaria
is 3 working days. When the order is registered after 12:00 or on a non-working day, the
calculation starts from the next working day. During SPORT DEPOT's big seasonal sales
(January/February/March and July/August/September/until October 20, Black Friday) online orders
have an extended delivery time. The average delivery time during this period is up to 7 working
days, and depending on the load and the volume of orders, in some cases the delivery time may
reach up to 14 days. Please note that we offer products with an extended delivery time as
indicated in the description on the specific item page.
The Click&Collect service
ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT provides the Click&Collect service for delivery of
shoes, clothes and accessories ordered fromabsolute-teamsport.bg to an ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT store
chosen by the customer. You can take advantage of the service if the relevant goods, which you
want to be delivered to you through it, have been paid in advance with a debit/credit card when
ordering atabsolute-teamsport.bg. The standard processing time for Click&Collect orders is up
to 5 working days. You can return shoes, clothes and accessories received through a
Click&Collect order within 30 days of receipt in our store. The amount of a refused/returned
Click&Collect order can be refunded immediately in cash at the store checkout. Or it can be
refunded to you by bank transfer or to the means of payment with which the payment was made,
within the statutory period of up to 14 days.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email
address you registered with. If you have a registration and account in our online store, you can
see the status of the order in the "My Orders" section of your profile. Here is what each of the
statuses of the order means: - Accepted - the order has been accepted by our team; - Processing
- the order is being processed; If there is a problem or lack of any of the items during the
processing process, you will be notified by email within the order processing time. - Completed
- the order has been processed and will be handed over to the courier; - Canceled - due to a
lack or problem with the item(s) that cannot be shipped, the order has been cancelled. You will
be notified by email within the order processing period. - Delivered - the order has been
delivered to the SPORT DEPOT store specified by you - applies to the Click&Collect service
If you have an account in our online store, the waybill number will be automatically generated
in the order section upon completion and delivery to the courier. Using the waybill number, you
can track the order on the courier's website.
Can I change my order?
No, you can't. Exception is allowed only for orders paid on time by debit or
credit card. If this is the case with your order, please contact us on 0701 90009 or email us at
[email protected]. If your order has not been paid in time by bank card, please familiarize
yourself with the other options we offer.
Can I change my order?
You can cancel your order within the day it was placed. To do so, contact us

also pick up your order and decide within 30 days if you want to keep the products. Otherwise,

"View" service when receiving a shipment with Econt
When receiving a shipment with Econt, every customer can take advantage of
the "View" service. The service is valid not only at Econt offices, but also for delivery to an
address. With the "Preview" service, you can open and review the contents of the shipment
(without testing it) within 15 minutes. If "Inspection" is allowed, the Econt employee handing
over the shipment has the obligation to open the shipment in the presence of the recipient in
order for the latter to check the contents of the product and the presence of defects, without
the right to test it. Before reviewing the shipment, you need to pay the cost of the courier
service for its return. In the event that you accept the shipment after having performed the
examination, the Econt employee will reimburse you the overcharged amount for the reverse
courier service. In the event that you refuse to accept the shipment after you have completed
the inspection, the return shipping costs are at your expense. In cases where: • the
received goods clearly do not correspond to the ones stated in the order • the error
occurred due to the fault of ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT (confused size, color, item, etc.) ABSOLUTE
TEAMSPORT will cover the costs and refund the amount you paid for the return courier service
after you return the goods to us and their commercial appearance is not disturbed.
