The use of this site and the registration of an order through it is considered to be in accordance with the terms and conditions. If you DO NOT accept these terms, please do not use this web site. ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT reserves the right to change the terms at any time without prior notice, and the changed terms will be published on the site.

I. Общи условия 

  • “www.ats.sportdepot.bg” is an e-commerce website - for the sale and delivery of the goods published on it, on behalf of Sport Depo AD.
  • The publication of this site has the meaning of a public invitation for the conclusion of a commercial transaction for the purchase of articles online from Sport Depo AD.
  • Sport Depot AD through "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" has the right to change the prices of the offered goods at its own discretion, without prior notification. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the request of the desired product. The price reduction announcement is made by placing the new price below the old one, with the latter crossed out.
  • There may be differences in the prices of some items offered on the site and in the Sport Depo store network, which are due to local activities and discounts.
  • In the case of an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or phone number when submitting the request, Sport Depot AD through "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.
  • The contract with the Customer is considered concluded after acceptance by Sport Depot AD via "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" of the purchase application correctly filled out by the Customer in the ordering process.
  • Sport Depot AD through "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" undertakes, after receiving an application from the Client, to deliver the desired goods or to inform the Client about other. circumstances regarding his request.
  • Sport Depot AD is not responsible if the Customer has specified incorrect and/or incomplete data in an order made at the address "www.ats.sportdepot.bg".
  • Sport Depo AD does not guarantee full compliance of the items presented on the site and those available in the store network.
  • Sport Depo AD is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information published on the site. In-store price adjustments and product design changes are possible.
  • The size and fit information published on the site should be interpreted as indicative. Sport Depo AD admits the existence of discrepancies between the announced and actual sizes, for which it is not responsible.
  • The categorization of the articles by purpose ("Sport" filter) is exemplary.
  • All announced prices are in Bulgarian levs with VAT included.

II. Rights and obligations of the parties
1. Sport Depo AD undertakes:

  • to confirm the availability of the ordered items or refuse the order within 7 working days;
  • to deliver within the time specified in the "delivery and payment information" of goods the goods requested for purchase*.

*During the big seasonal sales at ABSOLUTE TEAMSPORT (January/February/until March 15th and July/August/September/until October 20th, Black Friday) online orders have an extended delivery time. online orders have an extended delivery time. The average delivery time during this period is up to 7 working days, and depending on the load and volume of orders, in some cases the delivery time may reach up to 14 days.

Due to the high volume of orders during these periods, we may not be able to fulfill the delivery of all goods ordered by a customer, and the customer will be notified of this. It is also possible to deliver in parts, and in case the delivery does NOT meet the conditions for Free Delivery, the customer pays only the first fee, and the rest of the deliveries are at the expense of Sport Depot.

  • before being sent, each item is checked for technical condition (if this is possible without disturbing the integrity of the packaging);
  • guarantees that all products are factory new (unused!) and sealed by the manufacturer, except in cases where the contrary is explicitly mentioned in the presentation of the goods on the site.


2. The customer undertakes:

  • to state your three names, an accurate and valid telephone number, a delivery address and an email address;
  • to pay the price of the goods according to the conditions described in the information on delivery and payment of goods;
  • to pay the delivery costs according to the conditions described in the information for delivery and payment of goods
  • to provide access and possibility to receive the goods.

The goods requested for purchase are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, within the time period provided in the information on delivery and payment of goods.

The goods are delivered appropriately packed, according to their type and the transport for delivery.

When handing over the goods, the Customer or a third party signs the accompanying documents. A third party is considered anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods for delivery and is at the address specified by the customer. During seasonal sales, delivery may be made in parts.

In the event that the Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this deadline, Sport Depo AD is released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase. The customer can confirm his desire to receive the goods after the expiry of the delivery period in which he was not found at the address, bearing all the costs of delivery. In this case, a new delivery period starts to run accordingly from the moment of confirmation.

 

The customer has the right to refuse the receipt of the goods requested for purchase by him when they are delivered to him under one of the following conditions:

  • the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones requested for purchase by the Customer, and this can be established by a simple examination of them;
  • the price to be paid by the Customer does not correspond to the price due;
  • in the event of a discrepancy between the requested purchase and the delivered goods, which could not be established at the time of delivery.

In the event of a discrepancy between the requested purchase and the delivered goods, the Customer has the right to request a replacement of the size or item appearing in his original order. In this case, it is necessary to declare his desire, in writing (by email) or orally (by phone), within a period not longer than 30 days at the address Sofia 1766, 6 Vasil Radoslavov St., Business Park Sofia, Sport Building Depot, Internet store.

The customer has the right within a period of no longer than 30 days, without paying compensation or a penalty and without giving a reason, to return the received items to the address Sofia 1766, 6 Vasil Radoslavov St., Business Park Sofia, Sport Depo building, Internet shop.

Sport Depo refunds all amounts received from the user, including shipping costs.


The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of Sport Depo, when using Speedy or Econt.

Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

  • the request for the return of the goods is submitted in writing to the email address specified by Sport Depo AD for correspondence, within a period not longer than 30 days, counted from the date of receipt of the order. The request must contain the client's personal bank account, to which the amount paid by the client for the goods will be refunded;

  • the goods are in good commercial condition, original packaging, with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by Sport Depo AD - invoice, receipt, warranty card (if one was issued); 
  • the customer agrees with a representative of Sport Depo AD the address at which Sport Depo AD wishes to receive the goods back;
  • according to the provisions of the PPE, Sport Depo reimburses the
    the customer the amount paid within 14 days from the date on which the customer exercised his right to return the goods.

Sport Depo AD reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer, in case of violation of one or more conditions for returning goods.

 

Refund of amounts paid by cash on delivery.

When returning amounts paid by cash on delivery, there must be identity between the person ordering the goods and the person returning the goods, regardless of who received them. It is the person ordering and returning who will receive back the money he paid by cash on delivery. If the orderer is a child, the money is returned to the account of the child or his legal representative - mother, father or guardian. For this purpose, it is necessary to present a Birth Certificate or a Decision on the appointment of a guardian.

III. Personal data

Sport-Depo AD respects the privacy of its customers and guarantees the maximum protection of their personal data. Read the Privacy and Data Protection Policy posted here. It was prepared and is based on the current Bulgarian and European legislation in the field of personal data protection.

  • Sport Depot AD through "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" takes due care to protect the Client's personal data, which became known when filling out the electronic form for making an application for registration on the website and purchase. This obligation lapses if the Customer has provided incorrect data.

  • In compliance with the current legislation, the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, Sport Depo AD may use the Client's personal data solely and only for the purposes for which they were provided.

IV. Disclosure of information

"Sport Depot AD through www.ats.sportdepot.bg" undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Customer to third parties - government bodies, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where:

  • has received the express written consent of the Client;

  • the information is requested by government bodies or officials who, according to current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information;

  • Sport Depot AD through "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" is obliged to provide the information under the law.

V. Liability

  • Sport Depot AD through "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations under this contract in the event of circumstances that Sport Depot AD through "www.ats.sportdepot.bg" did not foresee and was not obliged to foresee - including, but not limited to, cases of force majeure, accidental events, problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond the control of Sport Depot AD via "www.ats.sportdepot.bg".

VI. Arbitration

All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to new circumstances, will be authorized by the competent court for registration of Sport Depo AD in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.

1. The company Sport Depo AD provides its customers with each purchased product with a warranty, a warranty card, in which the following are mentioned:

  • the warranty conditions of the relevant service centers or manufacturers;
  • address and telephone of the authorized repair shops of the purchased equipment;
  • warranty period of the purchased goods;

2. With the exception of the obligations specifically stated in this guarantee, Sport Depo AD cannot be responsible for direct, indirect, special, accidental or consequential damages, regardless of whether they are based on a contract, damage as a result of an official's omission or any other legal theory and whether the possibility of such damages is assumed.

3. The warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer or authorized service centers apply to all products. Only the original warranty cards with which the goods were received are valid in the service centers.

VIII. Warranty Limitations

The warranty is void in the event of:

  1. Damage caused by poor transport, storage or improper operation.
  2. Attempted repair by the Customer and/or other unauthorized person.
  3. When using low-quality and non-original consumables.

IX. Additional conditions:

  1. Sport Depo AD is not responsible for damage to the goods due to force majeure.
